WebJan 25, 2024 · Called CircuPool. Talked with a great tech support. Had to send back both the controller and salt cell. Received both controller and new salt cell back within 10 days. Only had to pay for the return shipping of the fixed parts. Just can't find a pool supply vendor that backs up the warranty like they did. Great doing business with them. WebCircupool unit from day one had issues. Daily random salt readings from 4400 down to 2800 but still producing chlorine. After about 6 weeks random low salt readings prevented the unit from producing chlorine. Called Tech support, said remove the flow switch and reinstall, i did and the unit performed as it should despite the random readings.
